Strange Daze

STRANGE DAZE is an Experimental Hip Hop drum kit sample pack made up of 40 drum kits and a collection of drum and one-shot samples, including kicks, snares, hihats, percussion, toms, metallic hits, surface strikes, and synthetic textures. It also includes a set of single-note bass, lead, and pad samples designed to sit alongside the drum sounds.

The sounds in STRANGE DAZE focus on irregularity, texture, and tonal character, drawing from experimental hip hop and adjacent styles. Many of the drum hits lean away from clean or conventional shapes, with a mix of saturated, fragmented, and loosely tuned elements. The percussion, blips, and metal hits add more abstract layers, while the pitched one-shots provide additional material for building patterns or adding tonal detail around the drums.
